For the Power and the Oil & Gas industry we supply a number of systems to natural gas fueled engines and turbines from liquid slugs, solids, and liquid aerosols.
Fuelgas conditioning systems: Our Fuel Gas Conditioning Systems are designed to protect natural gas fueled engines and turbines from liquid slugs, solids (<0.1 microns) and liquid aerosols. Additionally, the fuel gas is superheated above the hydrocarbon and water dew points to prevent liquid condensation in the turbine’s combustion chambers. Our systems meet or exceed reciprocating engine and turbine manufacturers’ fuel gas quality specifications providing dry, clean fuel to increase the life of the equipment.

Effective Black Powder Removal Black powder is a catch all term that describes the material collected in gas piping which creates wear and reduced efficiency in filter systems, turbines, compressors, valves and instrumentation. Also it will lead to flow losses in pipelines. Black powder is found in almost every longer gas pipeline and there is hardly any good solution to clean the black powder from the gas lines, until now:
Psicon together with One Eye Industry is the only one in the market today with an effective black powder removal system which can be placed in front of an existing fuel conditioning system or as a stand alone system.
Filtering Black Powder
We filter the black powder using the strongest rare earth magnets (non electrical charged) available on the market today. The effective strength of the magnets we use in our filter stations is up 1400% more effective as any other magnetic filter available on the market today. For black powder removal we use a duplex scrubber system equipped with a Delta P protection system with the world strongest magnets installed. The magnets are easily removed and cleaned and remove black powder to sub micron levels. Our filtration system is will collect many times as much of the black powder as the conventional filtration systems against less then half of the price of the conventional filtration system. Heating systems IntegraHeat Electric Process Heating Systems are designed to electrically heat hot oil , reboil glycol, & superheat natural gas. Accurate temperature control is maintained with full thyrister power controllers modulating the current to the flanged heater element. The complete system includes a flanged electric heater, vessel, control panel and is designed to minimize field assembly.
