Produced or Sea Water Injection Package
Designed to pump produced water or sea water from a deaerator vessel or through a filter assembly to the Injection Pump Package. The system includes fully tested pump(s), motor(s) or engine drive(s), suction/discharge piping, valves, instrumentation, controls mounted on a structural steel skid. |

Oil Pipeline Pump Package
Designed to pump crude oil into a pipeline or shuttle tanker. The system includes pump(s), motor(s) or engine drive(s), suction/discharge piping, valves, instrumentation, controls mounted on a structural steel skid. |

Hot Water Washdown Package
Designed to produce high pressure hot water for cleaning equipment and distribution to various washdown stations. The system includes a storage tank, steam or electric heater, high pressure triplex pumps, electric motors, suction/discharge piping/valves, and a structural steel skid.

Quickship Pump Systems
By combining the packaging/engineering capabilities of Integrated Flow Systems (IFS) and the remanufactured fully warranted pumps from PumpWorks (See the After Market Services Webpage), we are able to deliver heavy duty API-610 single and multistage pumps fully tested and warranted for use in offshore crude oil pipeline or water injection applications within extremely short delivery times.
In the last years (high pressure) pumps delivery times have been on a continuous rise. Water injection pump delivery times today are rising to above 50 weeks. With these completely remanufactured and fully warranted pumps, we can provide complete pumping modules in very short lead-times (24-28 weeks) for any fast-track FPSO project.

100,000 BPD Water Injection Pump Module
Featuring (3) remanufactured United 3 x 9 – WMSN 12 stage pumps in 316 stainless Steel. Each pump rated for approx. 33,000 BPD @ an injection pressure of 3000 PSIG. Module features speed increasing gearboxes, new Electric Motors, and a single lift skid complete with all suction and discharge piping, valves, instrumentation, etc. - all completely tested. Estimated delivery is 26 weeks.
90,000 BPD Water Injection or Crude Pipeline Module
Featuring (2) remanufactured United 4 x 14 – MSNDL 12 stage pumps in Carbon Steel + advanced internal coatings + Stainless Steel Internals. Each pump rated for approx. 45,000 BPD @ an injection pressure of 3000 PSIG. Module features speed increasing gearboxes, new Electric Motors, and a single lift skid complete with all suction and discharge piping, valves, instrumentation, etc. - all completely tested. Est. delivery is 25 weeks.
150,000 BPD Water Injection or Crude Pipeline Module
Featuring (3) New Sulzer model “ME” 9 stage pumps in CA6NM Casing and Internals. Pumps are axially split and segmented ring design. Each pump rated for approx. 50,000 BPD @ an injection pressure of 3000 PSIG. Module features speed increasing gearboxes, new Electric Motors, and a single lift skid complete with all suction and discharge piping, valves, instrumentation, etc. - all completely tested. Est. delivery is 27 wks.
